The Skyware GX ATOM auto-acquire terminal provides simplified Ka satellite access with one-touch auto-acquisition. From power-up to signal-lock takes less than 5 minutes.
Broadband VSAT connectivity on the Inmarsat GX satellite network.
Broadband Internet connectivity on the Inmarsat GX network with the ATOM 65.
Ideal for media, exploration teams, NGOs, disaster relief and first responders. This fully automatic terminal is simple and robust for fast operation in tough environments.
The segmented composite reflector, integrated Ka transceiver, auto-positioning system and modem can be deployed quickly and with no tools. On activation, the system automatically detects the user location and correct GX satellite, whereupon the user is guided to orientate the terminal roughly in the direction of the satellite by way of a simple visual indicator. Once completed, a push of a button starts the automatic satellite and network acquisition process. No additional user input is required.
- Telescopic tripod
- Electronic switchable polarization
- Electronic band switching (civil to Mil Ka)
