Our telephone support line is manned on a 24×7 basis so that you can always talk to a person immediately to open your service request and have the right technical support representative assigned to help you.
Our technical support team is comprised of three levels of support. All support calls are logged in our trouble-ticketing service request system and are prioritized by severity level. Service requests follow a defined escalation path to ensure prompt resolution. Once you open a service request you will be emailed a service ticket number with a unique login and password that provides you with access to see the status of your service request through a web browser.
